Plans and packages
There are currently four plan types available which may have different rates based on country and in each category, there might be a few packages which differs in the number of allowed concurrent scans or number of tables .
- Free Plan
- Monthly Flat Rate
- Pay As You Go
Free Plan 1
We offer a free basic plan which has a limitation on the number of concurrent orders and is excluding “Pay By App“ feature. This free plan is suitable for any small businesses which dining is just a part of their service besides the main service. (e.g.: A bakery which serves coffee or sandwiches as well ). Free plan has a limit in the number of allowed concurrent scans and the number of tables in a restaurant.
Monthly Flat Rate
In a normal monthly flat rate, you will most likely have all access2 except the "Pay By App"4 feature. Hence there are no transaction charges or payment gateway surcharges as the payment will be processed at the counter (cash or card) and we will just bill you a monthly fixed charge as subscription fee3.
If the monthly flat rate comes with Pay By App service, then you will be billed separately for the gateway surcharge in a flat rate per transaction (the amount differs in each plan).
This plan also may have limit in number of allowed concurrent scans and the number of tables in a restaurant.
Monthly Flat Rate (Plus)
In Monthly Flat Rate (Plus), you may have full unlimited access2 to the platform and would pay a flat monthly subscription fee3. (e.g.: $199 per month) plus transactions charges (paid to your merchant account provider) and a payment gateway surcharge (e.g. 20c per transaction) for any transaction handled by us as in "Pay By App"4 option by your customer. The cash payments or card payments at the counter are not subject to our billing.
Pay As You Go
If you choose Pay As You Go, then you would pay a commission based on your total gross sale processed through the system while having full unlimited access to the platform. The commission is inclusive of gateway payment processing charges but your bill might have a minimum charge per month.
The combo plan is actually a combination of Flat Rate and Pay As You Go. In this plan, you have to pay a fixed flat rate plus a percentage of your gross sales as commission. Combo plan may include the merchant and transaction charge fees already covered by us and you do not have to pay any extra for these services.
Currently, Menumiz has no lock-in contracts and you may terminate the service any time subject to clearing any outstanding bills.
NOTE: For each plan mentioned above, there might be a few variations based on the size of the restaurant. (e.g. Flat Rate ( Large restaurants), Flat Rate ( Small restaurants))
1: Free plan might not be available in some countries or it might have different limitations or set up in each region.
2: Your access might be limited to some extent such as maximum number of concurrent orders or the total number of orders in a month, the maximum number of tables or the maximum number of transactions per month, nevertheless you will have access to all modules in either case.
3: There might be a one-time set up fee involved subject to your country.
4: To use the “pay via app “feature, you may need to pay for an e-merchant account set up fee, annual fee and transaction charges directly to your bank or service provider.
