Flexible Working Hour Options

menumiz™ empowers you with the flexibility to set multiple working hours in a single day, accommodating breaks as needed. Additionally, if your operational hours are consistent across most days, you can choose to apply the same working hours to all days except public holidays.

Multiple Working Hours in a Single Day:

If your business requires multiple working hours in a single day, you can easily accommodate this need. This feature is handy for restaurants that may have breaks during the day, such as between lunch and dinner service.

Consistent Operational Hours (Excluding Public Holidays):

For businesses with consistent operational hours on most days, there’s an efficient option available. You can choose to apply the same working hours to all days, except for public holidays. This simplifies your scheduling process, ensuring that your opening hours are consistently displayed.

For Example:

Let’s say your operational hours for Monday are as follows:

1.First Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

2. Second Schedule: 7:30 AM to 11:59 PM

If you ever need to make adjustments or remove a schedule, you can easily do so with the provided options.

3. Deleting A Schedule:

To remove a schedule, simply access the schedule you wish to delete and follow the steps to remove it from your working hours configuration. This ensures that your restaurant’s operational hours accurately reflect your business needs and provide a seamless experience for your customers.

Switching Between Settings

When you make changes to your working hour settings, such as switching between synchronized or unsynchronized business and kitchen working hours, or choosing to apply settings to all days or specific weekdays, it’s important to understand the impact on your existing schedules.

  1. Sync Or Un-Sync Business and Kitchen Hours: If you toggle between synchronizing or un-synchronizing your business and kitchen working hours using the “Sync both” button, or if you change your settings for specific weekdays, all your existing schedules will be reset. This means any schedules you’ve previously set will be cleared.
  2. Adding New Schedules: After the reset, you’ll need to add new schedules to reflect your updated working hour settings. This allows you to align your schedules with the changes you’ve made.
  3. Notification: You’ll receive a notification informing you about the reset and its implications. This ensures that you’re aware of the changes and prompts you to act by configuring new schedules as needed.

By understanding these consequences, you can effectively manage your working hour settings and maintain accurate information for your business’s operation hours.
