How to find menumiz™ invoices?

The system generates invoices based on the billing cycle of your plan. Here are the steps to find your business’s invoices:

Step 1: Click on the “Account” section.

Step 2: Select the “Billing & subscription”, This is where you can manage your plan and billing information.

Step 3: In the billing section, you’ll find essential details, including Your Plan, Plan Summary (which includes system options, pricing type, MDR rate, lock-in contract, and payment management), billing and payment amount, managing auto-debit setup, billing details, and, finally, “My Invoice.”

Step 4: Click on “My Invoices.” Here, you can track your invoice activities by clicking the “Invoice Activities” button.

Step 5: After clicking on “Invoice Activities,” you can easily download and retrieve your invoices and track their status.

This process ensures you have complete control over your restaurant’s financial records and makes managing invoices a breeze.
