Within the menumiz™ platform, you can create user accounts with various roles tailored to your business’ operational needs.

In the user management section (https://app.menumiz.com/UserProfiles ), you will discover comprehensive information about each user, including:
- Login ID: The unique identifier for each user.
- Full Name: The user’s complete name.
- Role: The role or position of the user within your organization.
- Status (Active / Inactive / Locked): The current status of the user account.
- Modified Date: The date when the user account was last revised.
- Modified By: The person or admin who made the last modification.
- Action: Options for actions you can take with each user account.
Adding A New User
To include a new user in your staff, select the “Add New User” button located at the top-right corner of the user management page. This button simplifies user account management, ensuring your staff has the appropriate access and permissions.

Upon entering the “Add User” page, you will be prompted to provide the following information:
- Full Name: The complete name of the user.
- Contact Number: The user’s contact phone number. (Optional)
- Role: The specific role or position of the user.
- Status (Active/ Inactive/ Locked): The status of the user account.
- Login ID: The unique login identifier for the user.
- Password: New Password is required and must be at least 8 characters in length.
- PIN: This PIN is used to unlock the screen or switch user and is exclusive to cashiers, waiters, or customer support Service users.
The available user roles are:
- Account Owner (Super Admin)
- Admin
- Manager
- Waiter
- Cashier
- Accountant
- Customer Service
- Stockholder
- Chef
- Collection Screen Device
- MOAP Device
