Your menumiz™ user profile is your personal gateway to the platform. It contains essential details about you and your role within your restaurant or cafe. You can find ”My Profile” on the top right corner.

Here’s what you’ll find in your profile:

• Username: This is your unique identifier on menumiz™, allowing you to access your account with ease. NOTE: If you are super admin ( Account owner) , your user name is an email address, but for the rest of users, the user name is just given by the admin. (alphanumeric)
• Role: Your role describes your position within the establishment, whether you’re an admin, a waiter, or hold another key role.
• Restaurant Name: The name of your business.
• Contact Number: A reachable phone number for quick communication and updates.
• PIN: Used for quick switch user or to unlock the screen (for specific roles)
• Password: Your secret code to keep your account safe and sound with option to change it.
• Profile Picture: It helps you recognize team members visually on the screen.

Within your profile, you’ll find the “Update” button, which enables you to confirm the necessary adjustments you have made. Once updated, the changes would appear. This ensures that your menumiz™ experience remains smooth and tailored to your role within the establishment.
