Plan and Pricing

menumiz™ offers both a monthly flat rate subscription and a pay-as-you-order-based subscription. Our plans are designed to cater to various business types and models, covering everything from the needs of a food truck to a full-service restaurant. We can also tailor a plan based on your specific needs.

In addition to the subscription, if you use menumiz’s payment service, you will be charged a Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) for each transaction. The rate varies depending on the market and the plan you choose. This fee is deducted from the funds settled to you, so there is no need for a separate payment from your side

NOTE: Your plan may include a compulsory setup fee. Additionally, to use menumiz pay, an onboarding fee might be required. This fee covers essential checks, which may include

Essential Checks (menumiz pay)

Identity Verification for Individuals
  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Nationality
  • Proof of address
  • A valid Identification Card or Passport Number
  • Or any other official or private photograph bearing document
Documentation and Information to be collected on Corporates
  • Company Name (As per Company Registration Certificate): This is your legal business name.
  • Company Registration Number /ACIC/ ABN/etc: This company serves as legal proof of your business’s existence and status.
  • Business Name (trading as): Specify the name under which your establishment will be listed in the menumiz™ system. Ensure this name is accurate and aligns with your branding and identity.
  • Incorporation Date: This date marks the establishment of your business.
  • Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration (if applicable): The establish your business’s legal framework. (Mandatory)
  • Food premises license: Please upload any certificate of registration with authorities that authorizes you to operate a food service business. (Mandatory)
  • Identification Documents for Directors: For individuals holding key roles within your company, we’ll need their identification documents.
  • Registered Office Address and Principal Place of Business: Clearly specify the registered office address and the primary location where your business operates.
  • Declaration of TAX ID (if any): If your business qualifies as taxable entity under the Sales Tax Act , you must declare your service tax compliance by providing Tax Number.
  • Service Charge Percentage (%): If your business imposes a service charge, specify the percentage to be applied. This percentage will be used in your pricing calculations.
  • POS Terminal Details (if any): Include details about any Point of Sales (POS) terminal used in your business.
  • Merchant Report for The POS Terminal: Provide the last THREE (3) months of reports.
  • Bank Details: Include your company’s bank details for financial transactions. This should cover the bank name, account number, and other relevant information.
  • Proof of Address:
    • A bank statement no older than THREE (3) months that shows the end user’s address and name.
    • A current utility bill (such as electricity, water, telephone, or mobile phone bill) issued no more than THREE (3) months ago that shows the business’s address and name.
  • Audit Reports: Provide audit reports for the past TWO (2) years (If any)
  • Business outlet Photo: Please upload photos showing your business’s exterior, including the signage, and the interior to showcase the inside of your business
