Retrieving Your Business ID or Password Reset Pin
As an account admin, you have the option to obtain your business ID when requesting a password reset. Here’s how it works:
- When you initiate a password reset, an email will be sent to you.
- In this email, you will find both the business ID and a PIN to reset the password.
- However, you can simply check the email for the business ID, and the PIN may be disregarded.
This straightforward process ensures that you can easily retrieve your business ID when needed for password reset purposes.
NOTE: If you’re NOT an admin, don’t use an email for login, please remember that you CANNOT reset your password or locate your Business ID on your own. In such cases, you must contact your account admin for assistance.
