Here’s a step-by-step guide to our automated order management process, designed to minimize human involvement, which is particularly useful when payment is received upon order placement:

As a customer perspective,

  1. Scan a QR Code: Start by scanning the provided QR code. This will grant you access to the digital menu on your mobile device.
  2. Select Your Choices: Take your time to browse the menu, select your desired items, and add them to your basket.
  3. Place Your Order and Select Payment Option: Once you’re satisfied with your selections, proceed to submit your order. At this stage, you also have the option to choose your preferred payment method. (Either pay on the spot using menumiz™ Pay or opt to pay later at the counter.)

Now, let’s walk through what happens next:

  • Order Held for a Grace Period: Your order will be placed on hold for a grace period, and the duration can be adjusted within the TSO settings. This grace period can range from a minimum of 1 minute to a maximum of 30 minutes.
  • Review Opportunity: During this grace period, our attentive waitstaff have the chance to review your order if they deem it necessary.
  • Automatic Kitchen Submission: Once the grace period concludes, your order will be automatically sent to the kitchen for preparation.
  • This streamlined and automated process enhances efficiency while reducing the need for extensive human involvement, offering you a convenient and seamless dining experience, especially when payment is made up front.
