Responding to Reviewers

Configure to connect with your customers by responding to their comments and ratings. When responding to food ratings, your reply will be sent to the guest via email. For business or restaurant reviews, your response will be shared through email and prominently displayed alongside the comment on your menumiz™ page.

In case you choose an all-private privacy setting, your replies will be communicated exclusively via email.


  1. Customers can leave one comment each, and you can respond once. This platform aims to foster a user-friendly environment and isn’t designed for lengthy discussions within the comments section.
  2. There’s a built-in profanity filter for comments to screen out inappropriate language.
