No, Menumiz order management model is not removing human factor from the process. Once a QR-based order is sent submitted by the customer, it will be pending for confirmation by a member of waitstaff in “retrieve order” basket.
This model controls the orders more practically as some orders might be out of stock the moment that the waitstaff checks them for confirmation, some might have age restrictions (Alcohol & tobacco), some might be false orders sent by people who took a QR code image back home! This model gives this chance to the waitstaff to assess the orders before sending to kitchen.
By the way, your kitchen may be overloaded by receiving hundreds of orders at once in a direct order submission model! By retrieving and confirming the orders manually, you can control the load on the kitchen easily.
